1. Tied around your neck, with your hair in a non-pony ponytail.
Ally’s look is killer for a few reasons:
(1) the tie around her neck holds her hair back and also serves as a choker
(2) it only requires a ribbon, and (3) it’s beyond chic.
If braids — three-strand, fishtail, French, whatever! — are your thing, tie a ribbon at the end of it, like Dana did here, for a little festive flair (rather than just using an elastic band to keep it from unraveling
Pull your hair up in a bun, keep it in place with bobby pins, and then wrap a ribbon of your choice around the perimeter of it, like I did, tying it off to the side.
